The VACUUBRAND MD 1C chemistry diaphragm vacuum pump provides high flow rates at working vacuum levels to evaporate high boiling point solvents. A three-stage design, with integrated gas ballast provides a high tolerance for condensible vapors. A full fluropolymer flowpath provides superior resistance to chemicals. Pump is oil-free, with typical service intervals in excess of 15000 hours of operation (15 months of 24/7 operation). Suitable for many benchtop applications, such as rotary evaporation, gel drying, and small vacuum ovens.
