Agilent ZORBAX fully porous particle columns for normal phase HPLC and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) are designed for the retention and separation of lipophilic compounds. The unique ZORBAX chemistries deliver outstanding efficiency in both achiral SFC and normal phase chromatography due to the similar retention mechanisms of both LC modes on the polar stationary phases used. The recommended ZORBAX phases are Rx-Sil, amino (NH2), cyano (CN), Eclipse XDB-CN, and HILIC Plus (HILIC phases in SFC only).
