A recombinant form of polyprotein propeptide (Pr), matrix (M), envelope (E) protein from Dengue virus serotype 2, (strain 16681, GenBank: AAA73185) was produced by insect S2 cells, followed by purification. A TEV linker was used to replace transmembrane domain (TM) and the cleavage site was knocked down.

This product contains C-terminal Myc and 6 hexa-histidine tags.
This product has been run on SEC (superose 6) and SDS-PAGE with reduced condition. The binding to Flavivirus control mAb 4G2, E60 and two published antibodies (Zika ones as negative controls) was tested in ELISAs.
