About this item

The Handi-Vac® Squeeze bulb kit is a versatile, cost-effective vacuum tool system that should be on every tool-bench. It can be used for SMT, metal, and plastic parts, as well as smooth, nonporous surfaces.

  • ¹/₈ and ¹/₄" vacuum cups bent probe
  • ¹/₈ and ³/₈" vacuum cups straight probe

This tool can be used with larger rubber vacuum cups ranging in size from 2.38 mm (³/₃₂") to 19.05 mm (³/₄") in diameter. Use the larger cups to pick up larger and heavier parts by placing them directly on the Handi-Vac tip without using a probe. Instructions: Select a tip with a rubber vacuum cup slightly smaller than the part you want to pickup. Place it on a probe. Put the probe firmy on the tip of the Handi-Vac tool. Make sure the rubber vacuum tip is free of dust.

Gently squeeze the Handi-Vac bulb and place the soft suction cup squarely on the part, then relax your squeeze. The part is now firmly gripped. Move the part to where you need it and a give a second squeeze of the bulb to release it.
