This is a component of the Monarch® RNA cleanup kits, is used to wash RNA after binding to ensure the removal of contaminants such as enzyme, NTPs, and short RNA fragments. It is supplied as a 5X concentrate and requires dilution with ethanol (≥95%) before use.
