The Slice® Manual Slim Pen Cutter uses the same finger-friendly® blade as our original pen cutters, offering the same safety benefits. Slice’s proprietary grind—applied to advanced ceramics—creates a unique edge that’s safe to the touch and lasts up to 11 times longer than comparable metal blades. The slim handle style allows maneuverability in tight spaces and features a side slider for easier manipulation with the thumb. As with all Slice tools, it can be used ambidextrously. Made from durable glass-filled nylon, the Manual Slim Pen Cutter offers two different cutting depths to suit a variety of cutting tasks.
- Manual retraction with two cutting positions
- Ambidextrous design; reverse blade orientation for lefties
- Finger-friendly® blade cuts effectively
- Reduces injuries; lowers costs
- Non-sparking, non-conductive, non-magnetic blade
- Chemically inert blade never rusts
- Blade edge lasts up to 11.2× longer than metal
At Slice®, we’ve taken our popular pen cutters and added a new variation specifically for working at awkward angles and in tight spaces. These slimmer, more streamlined handles are made from the same sturdy glass-filled nylon material and are compatible with the same 75998-088 (rounded-tip) and 75998-090 (pointed-tip) safety blades as our original pen cutters. Switch the blade orientation for lefties by using our no-tool blade change. Keep your cutter close at hand with its integrated lanyard hole.
It features manual locking retraction with two different cutting depths. Safety is our number one goal: we manufacture proprietary finger-friendly® safety blades that are safe to the touch and cut effectively. Our blades are non-magnetic, non-sparking, oil-free and never rust. They have been proven in third-party tests to last up to 11 times longer than comparable metal blades.
