The Tek-Select® Diff-Stain kit is designed to provide Nuclear and cytoplasmic staining and recently has provided excellent staining for Helicobacter pylori as well as a Hematology stain.
- 8 oz. bottle of Solution A (fixative)
- 8 oz. bottle of Solution B (azure stain)
- 8 oz. bottle of Solution C (xanthene dyes)
- Three 2 oz. staining containers
- Storage tray
The Diff-Stain kit results in Nuclear staining from blue to purple, and pink to orange with paraffin and frozen section staining. Helicobacter pylori provides a deep rich purple. This stain is also excellent as a hematology stain.
