This PFA-ST high efficiency microFlow nebulizer is for use with all ELAN® and NexION® ICP-MS series instruments. The PFA-ST nebulizer features high purity, HF-resistance and high performance, along with an exchangeable external sample uptake capillary. The sample uptake rate is controlled by the dimension of the external capillary or probe. It is chemically resistant and ideal for strong acids, alkalis, and organics.

MicroFlow nebulizers are constructed entirely from chemically resistant fluoropolymers, ideal for strong acids, alkalis, organics, high salt solutions and high solid concentrations. They are resistant to clogging, are reliably self-aspirated or pumped and produce a fine aerosol for high transport efficiency and high sensitivity.

This nebulizer is included in all PC3 sample introduction kits and in the PFA-sapphire HF-resistant sample introduction kit.
