10B (DH10B derivative) electro-competent E. coli cells offer the highest transformation efficiencies of ≥5×1010 cfu/µg plasmid DNA, which are ideal for applications requiring high transformation efficiencies, such as with cDNA or gDNA library construction.
- DH10B electro-competent cells provide the highest transformation efficiency (≥5×1010 Cfu/µg pUC19 DNA) in the industry
- Available as 50 µl vials or 100 μl vials
- Quality control is performed following the production of each new lot of product to ensure that it meets the quality standards and specifications designated for the product
- Includes DH10B electro-competent cells, pUC19 control DNA and recovery medium
Genomic features aΦ80lacZΔM15 marker provides α-complementation of the β-galactosidase gene with blue/white screening, mcrA genotypic marker and the mcrBC, mrr deletion allows for cloning DNA that contains methylcytosine and methyladenine.
