Most prestained protein MW markers used in PAGE contain fragments that are labelled with a blue dye. This HRP antibody specifically reacts with this blue dye, enabling direct visualization of the different marker fragments on the Chemiluminescence blot. This not only makes the positioning on the blot significantly more easy and accurate, but also allows in a reduction of the amount of marker needed by 5 - 10 times.

Anti-Blue Ladder MW Antibody is suitable for Western Blots specifically, and will detect the Molecular Weight Ladder. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
