- PCA Assays
- ImmunoBlot
Interleukin-19 (IL-19) is a member of the IL-10 family produced by resting B cells and monocytes. IL-19 is thought to be up-regulated when monocytes are treated with GM-CSF or LPS. IL-19 shares a receptor complex with IL-20, and acts to induce IL-6 and TNF-α production by monocytes and promotes the Th2 response. Recombinant human IL-19 is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 154 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 17.9 kDa.
Interleukin-19 Recombinant Protein is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-Interleukin-19 in immunological assays.
