About this item

Recombinant Human Protein Kinase C epsilon (PKC epsilon) expressed in baculoviral insect expression system.

The protein is suspended in SDS/mercaptoethanol sample buffer with a bromophenol blue dye marker. This standard is ready to be loaded onto an SDS PAGE gel as a control.

It can be used as a standard for Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence. For blots using less sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel.
