SensoLyte® ADHP Peroxidase Assay Kit uses highly purified ADHP to quantify peroxidase activity in solutions, in cell extracts and in live cells and on solid surfaces (such as PVDF membranes). The kit can be used for characterizing kinetics of enzyme reaction and high throughput screening of oxidase inhibitors.
