Ingredients (per Liter): 1.6% tryptone (16.0 g/l), 1.0% yeast extract (10.0 g/l), 0.5% sodium chloride (NaCl) (5.0 g/l), 2% glucose, ampicillin (100 µg/ml) and 1.5% agar. Adjust to pH 7.0.
