Ready-to-use premixed dNTP solutions for PCR and other DNA synthesis reactions

• Sterile, neutral pH solutions of premixed dGTP, dATP, dTTP and dCTP
• Available at two different concentrations of each dNTP (2.5 mM or 25 mM)

Sterile, neutral pH, premixed solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP are available for use in DNA synthesis reactions including PCR. The premixed dNTPs solutions are available at two concentrations, either 2.5 mM or 25 mM of each dNTP. Each solution is sufficient for at least 1,000 50-µL reactions at concentrations used in typical reactions with most DNA polymerases.
