This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionised water or equivalent to its final working concentration. This buffer consists of 1.0 M Tris HCl, 1.5 M Sodium Chloride and 0.1% (v/v) Tween-20 at a pH of 7.5. Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionised water.

Also may be used as a wash buffer for immunological assays including western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and ELISA.

10X TTBS solution was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria.
