NanoBRET Nano-Glo Detection System, 200 Assays is sufficient for 200 assays in 96-well plates or 500 assays in 384-well plates. Detection System, 1000 Assays is sufficient for 1000 assays in 96-well plates or 2500 assays in 384-well plates. Detection System, 10,000 Assays is sufficient for 10,000 assays in 96-well plates or 25,000 assays in 384-well plates.

The HaloTag NanoBRET 618 Ligand is added directly to the cells during plating, and the NanoBRET Nano-Glo Substrate is added to the sample prior to measuring donor and acceptor emission.
