MPure Plant DNA Extraction Kit is used with the MPure-12 instrument for extraction of genomic DNA from plant (leaf, seeds and spores) and fungal tissues. Up to 100 mg of tissue can be used for purification.

MPure™ Plant DNA Extraction Kit contains everything needed for sample preparation. However, for tough tissues such as roots and seeds, or tough fungal tissue, sample preparation using FasrPrep™ Instruments and Lysing Matrix Tubes can greatly increase yields as well as shorten processing time.

Nucleic acids extracted from MPure-12 Plant DNA Extraction kit can be used in a number of downstream application including: PCR; qPCR; Sequencing(NGS); Microarray; RFLP; Southern Blot Analysis

: Kit should be stored at room temperature (15-25°C). Do not freeze the reagent cartridges. The Kits are stable for 24 months under these conditions. Store the purified DNA at 4°C (short- term) or aliquot and store at -70°C (long-term) before performing the downstream analysis.
