Used for the quantitative determination of Albumin in serum
The Olympus Albumin Reagent is used on the Beckman Coulter AU 400, 480, and 640 analyzers and is for in vitro diagnostic use only. This reagent is measured at 600/700nm.
Albumin is bound by the BCG dye to produce an increase in the blue-green color measured at 630 nm. The color increase is proportional to the concentration of albumin present.
