FibroLife® S2 Medium Complete Kit is optimized for low serum (2%) culture of fibroblasts. FibroLife® S2 supports the growth of these cells in a 2% serum environment at rates equal to or greater than comparable media supplemented with up to 10% FBS.

FibroLife® S2 LifeFactors® Kit includes: rh FGF basic 0.5 mL, L-Glutamine 18.75 mL, Hydrocortisone Hemisuccinate 0.5 mL, Ascorbic Acid 0.5 mL, rh Insulin 0.5 mL, FBS 10 mL, Gentamicin and Amphotericin B 0.5 mL.
