Perfluoroalkoxy(PFA) polymer is very similar to PTFE resin

Body and support screens are of PFA. Locking ring on PFA47 is ETFE glass fiber filled PFA. Units come standard with FFKM (Perfluorelastomer) o-rings. Connections: PFA25 has Luer-lock inlet and Luer slip outlet connections that fit standard syringes. PFA47 has combination 1/4" NPTM, 1/4" tubing adapter inlet/outlet. Autoclavable.

Applications include sterilizing and ultracleaning liquids under positive pressure. Good choice for filtering small volumes of high purity acids, alkalis, or organic solvents.

The PFA holder offers superior chemical compatibility and can be used with chemically aggressive liquids. Dual support screens allow for flow in either direction. The exterior locking ring ensures quick assembly without tearing the membrane filter or releasing lines. PFA47 has an air/bleed vent.
