The Thermo Scientific Active GTPase Pull-Down and Detection Kits allows the monitoring of changes in GTPase activity levels by enriching and detecting the active (GTP-bound) state of a particular GTPase.

These kits include all the necessary reagents to lyse cells, enrich for active GTPases, positive and negative controls and an anti-GTPase primary antibody for Western blot detection.

: Each kit includes GST fusion protein of specific binding domain (1 vial), glutathione agarose resin (3 ml), GTPγS, 100X (50 µl), GDP 100X (50 µl), lysis/binding/wash buffer (100 ml), GTPase-specific primary antibody (1 vial), SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer, 2X (1,5 ml), spin columns (30), and collection tubes (90).
