PLUGGO decapper assemblies and rack handlers are designed for the safe removal of original stoppers from plastic or glass vacuum tubes.

The PLUGGO SOLO single tube decapper is an automated benchtop decapper for a single tube. It occupies a small benchtop footprint and can be used with glass or plastic tubes. The PLUGGO Standard decapper is a carousel that can process up to 50 tubes per minute.

The PLUGGO RHs (Rack Handler for single rack) handles a single rack at a time, with room to stage additional racks. The PLUGGO RH (Rack Handler for multiple racks) handles up to 15 racks in and out. The RHs and the RH are available for Abbott Architect, Beckman AU, Iris/Sysmex and Roche analyzer racks.

The systems significantly reduce the risk of infection through aerosol formation or accidental blood spillage, particularly with the use of vacuum blood collection tubes. The risk of repetitive strain injury is also greatly reduced due to the simplicity of the system's operation.
