Ready to use DNA standards for quantifying PCR yield

For size determination and DNA quantification using agarose electrophoresis

AMPIGENE® DNA Ladder 50-1,500 bp contains DNA fragments ranging from 50bp to 1,500bp that can be used as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The bands are evenly spaced and are intensified at 200bp, 500bp and 1,200bp to serve as easily identifiable reference bands. The approximate mass of DNA in each of the bands is provided, assuming 5µl load, for determining the approximate mass of DNA in samples with comparable intensity and size.
