Individually packaged ReadyAgarose™ Precast Gels are prepared in UV-transparent gel trays designed to fit securely in Bio-Rad’s Mini-Sub® Cell GT and Wide Mini-Sub® Cell GT Cells

Mini ReadyAgarose™ Gels (7.1 x 10 cm) fit securely in any of Bio-Rad's Mini-Sub® Cell GT Systems including Wide Mini ReadySub-Cell™ GT Cells. Choose from 8-, 12-, or 2 x 8-well format, 1% and 3% agarose, TBE buffer with ethidium bromide, and TAE buffer with or without ethidium bromide.
Wide Mini ReadyAgarose™ Gels (15.6 x 10 cm) fit securely in any of Bio-Rad's Wide Mini-Sub® Cell GT Systems including Wide Mini ReadySub-Cell™ GT Cells. Choose from 20-, 32-, 2 x 32-, or 4 x 26-well format, 1% and 3% agarose, TBE buffer and TAE buffer with ethidium bromide, and multichannel pipet compatibility (32-, 2 x 32-, and 4 x 26-well).

ReadyAgarose™ 96 Plus Gels (15 x 10 cm) fit securely in any of Bio-Rad's Wide Mini-Sub® Cell GT Systems including Wide Mini ReadySub-Cell™ GT Cells. These gels resolve nucleic acids from 20 to 20,000 bp, and are designed for high-throughput DNA electrophoretic applications. They have a 4 x 26-well format (96 wells and 8 reference lanes) and are multichannel pipet compatible. Choose from 1% and 3% agarose, and TBE buffer or TAE buffer with ethidium bromide.

ReadyAgarose™ Precast Gels will also fit other manufacturers' electrophoresis cells. The UV-transparent trays have fluorescent well numbers and a ruler printed on them for easy reference, and lock tabs to prevent movement during loading and running. ReadyAgarose™ Gels come in a choice of 27 gel types.
