The iScript™ cDNA Synthesis Kit is a sensitive and easy-to-use first-strand cDNA synthesis kit for gene expression analysis using RT-qPCR or conventional RT-PCR

This two-tube kit is optimized for reproducible, unbiased representation over a broad dynamic range, with a fast 40 min protocol.
Ordering information: Each kit contains 5x reaction mix, iScript™ Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H+ MMLV), and nuclease-free water. Guaranteed for 12 months at —20°C in a constant temperature freezer (multiple freeze thaws not recommended).
