The Auto Stirrers are ideal for applications that require repeatable results. These compact, powerful stirrers automatically start when a vessel is placed on the aluminum top plate (minimum weight of approximately 50 grams [1.75 oz.]). When the vessel is removed the stirring stops, but the speed setting remains unchanged. Units save power and provide an extra measure of safety by running only when needed. Optional support plate allows stirrer to be mounted to lab frames or ring stands.

Powerful motor and magnet deliver reliable and consistent stirring. The built-in support rod holder with locking knob accepts an optional support rod and clamp kit. Kit includes 45.7 cm (18”) support rod, thermometer extension clamp, three-prong medium swivel clamp, and hook connector. Optional support plate allows hot plate to be mounted to lab frames or ring stands.
