KCTD13 mRNA is expressed in 3T3-L1 adipocytes and THP-1 macrophages. It is suggested that this gene provides a link between cytokine activation and DNA replication in liver as well as in other tissues.
KCTD13 antibody can be used for detection of KCTD13 by ELISA at 1:1562500. KCTD13 antibody can be used for detection of KCTD13 by western blot at 0.25 ?g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
