The two TwinGuard® Series' compressors are completely separated from one another with no reliance on one another to operate. In the unlikely event of a failure, the other compressor continues to function at ultra-low temperatures. TwinGuard® Series freezers also work to minimize energy costs through a unique EcoMode function while providing optimum chamber uniformity of ±5 °C over a wide operating range from –50 to –86 °C. TwinGuard® freezers help lower operational costs with a small foot print and reduced energy usage.

Developed for use with conventional inventory racks and boxes, the TwinGuard® Series is ideal for storage of sensitive stem cells, embryos, cell lines, and other rare specimens.
