This adapter is available in both "Midi" (#11 Ace-Thred) and "Maxi" (#15 Ace-Thred) formats.

It comes with a ground standard taper inner or spherical ball joint at bottom and an Ace-Thred joint at the top. The #11 Ace-Thred sizes will accept inner tubes with diameters of 9 to 10.5 mm, such as thermowells, gas dispersion tubes, vacuum takeoffs; the #15 Ace-Thred sizes will accept inner tubes with diameters of 12.5 mm to 14 mm such as electrodes, inlet and outlet tubes, etc. Suitable for most vacuum work. Available as complete item, with nylon bushing and FETFE o-ring, or as glassware only. Fabricated from borosilicate glass.
