Industrial Large Capacity Sterilizer, Heidolph Tuttnauer

The Heidolph® Tuttnauer® line of large capacity sterilizers successfully meets the challenges posed by sterilization in laboratories and research institutes

These free-standing sterilizers feature a 316L stainless steel cabinet, chamber, and jacket, as well as stainless steel threaded piping. Valves are air operated. The steam supply is needed via an intergral electrical carbon steel generator. Multiple cycle options include gravity, liquid (includes load probe), and pre-vac. Test cycles include the Vacuum Leak Test and the Bowie Dick Test. Supplied loading equipment includes a rack and two shelves.

The sterilizers use pre-vacuum and gravity for air removal and improved steam penetration. These units cover a wide range of applications for laboratories in research institutes, universities, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

: Autoclaves are supplied with a one-year parts and labor warranty, and a fifteen-year pressure vessel warranty. Freight and installation are not included, but are required with purchase. Purchase a separate air compressor as accessory. Checklist must be presented in order for purchase. See attached spec sheet for electrical requirements.
