This rugged spherical flask has a conical neck opening of four inches (100mm)

It has side indents for improved stirring characteristics. Standard size flasks use regular Glas-Col heating mantles of equivalent capacity. The length of the straight section, including the flange, is approximately 9.5cm (3-3/4 inches). Not suitable for vacuum operations. Fabricated from borosilicate glass.
