For clarification, the Universal Rapid Clear® 24-well depth-filtration plate is automation-compatible and clarifies cell-culture supernatants or lysates in ~5 minutes by centrifuge. The graded, multi-layer stack removes whole cells and debris, including lysis byproducts, while minimizing interaction with target proteins.
