Tissue Processors
Tissue processors use methods that diffuse solutions into biological specimen for proper embedding to occur. Continuously monitoring the reagents used, the parallel processing workstations will either immerse samples or pump in the fluids to circulate throughout the chamber. The traditional carousels and multiprogramming chambers ventilate vapors produced to maintain optimum conditions during dehydration, clearing, or infiltration. Automated tissue processors produce large sample quantities in a fraction of the time manual procedures require.
