Protein Linking and Labeling Systems
Protein linking and labeling systems provide a convenient means for attaching fluorescent labels or biotins to antibodies and larger proteins. These kits are ideal for use with multiple applications, including flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, immunohistochemistry, primary detection, ELISAs, immunocytochemistry, and FISH. These systems are available with a variety of dye colors, biotin, fluorescent agents, and all the components needed to perform multiple conjugations and purifications. Protein labeling follows a simple protocol of reaction, separation, and then use.

AnaTag™ Biotin Protein Labeling Kit, Anaspec Inc.
Supplier: Anaspec
Biotin, SE is amino-reactive biotinylating reagent for peptides and proteins; it has a better avidin-binding affinity than biotin. Biotin, SE (d-Biotin-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester) contains a five-carbon spacer arm that reduces steric hindrance associated with binding four biotinylated molecules per one avidin and results in enhanced detection sensitivity.

AnaTag™ 5 - TAMRA Microscale Protein Labeling Kit *Ultra Convenient*, Anaspec
Supplier: Anaspec
TAMRA is one of the most popular fluorophores used in various bioconjugations. 5-TAMRA is the purified single isomer of 5(6)-TAMRA. It is preferred for some complicated biological applications where reproducibility is more critical than material cost since the minor positional difference between 5-TAMRA and 6-TAMRA might affect some biological properties of the underlying conjugates.
