Protein Linking and Labeling Systems
Protein linking and labeling systems provide a convenient means for attaching fluorescent labels or biotins to antibodies and larger proteins. These kits are ideal for use with multiple applications, including flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, immunohistochemistry, primary detection, ELISAs, immunocytochemistry, and FISH. These systems are available with a variety of dye colors, biotin, fluorescent agents, and all the components needed to perform multiple conjugations and purifications. Protein labeling follows a simple protocol of reaction, separation, and then use.
VWR® Antibody Signal Enhancer
Supplier: VWR
Antibody Signal Enhancer is a Western blotting antibody diluent that increases intensity of protein detection up to 5-fold compared to conventional blotting. The enhancer is a ready-to-use solution that replaces TBS-T with non-fat dry milk, or other diluent, for antibody incubation steps. It is formulated for use with HRP- and biotin-conjugated antibodies and works with both PVDF and nitrocellulose blots.

Phosphotyrosine detection set, Enzo Life Sciences
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
This kit offers a set of seven different MAbs specific for tyrosine phosphorylation sites. Phosphorylation patterns in a given cell extract may differ when probed with different antibodies due to sequence specificity. Recognition therefore depends on two criteria: Phosphorylation and surrounding aa motif. If one of the two criteria is not fulfilled, the antibody will not detect the phosphorylation site. Specificity has been determined by epitope mapping using degenerated phosphopeptide libraries.

Orange 552 dUTP, Enzo Life Sciences
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Orange 552 dUTP (5-TAMRA-dUTP) can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E. coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase. Fluorescently labeled probes can be prepared with this fluorescent nucleotide by a variety of methods including nick translation, cDNA labeling and 3’-end labeling. Probes generated by these methods are suitable for use for the identification of specific sequences by in situ hybridization procedures on fixed cells and tissues by direct fluorescence detection. Orange 552 dUTP can also be used for multicolor fluorescence labeling.
