Induces the activation of NF-kappaB in HEK 293 cells expressing TLR7 at 0.1µg/ml. 10 times more active than Imiquimod . At high concentrations (3µg/ml) slightly activates TLR8. Shows adjuvant activity to increase the effectiveness of vaccines.
