PQ UNIVERSAL is a liquid concentrate dimezones/hydroquinone developer which is suitable for all RC and FB black and white photographic papers. It is used at a dilution of 1+9, it is clean working and it has excellent keeping properties. It gives a slightly warm neutral image tone with most papers. In addition, PQ UNIVERSAL can be used to dish/tray process ILFORD as well as some other technical films. It is also suitable for dish/tray developing of general purpose sheet films when a fast working, high contrast developer is needed and a high degree of enlargement is not required. PQ UNIVERSAL developer is designed for use at ambient room temperatures, normally 20°C/68°F. We do not recommend its use for high temperature or machine processing applications.

The Super System 4 is simpler to load, faster to fill, and easier to clean than any other tank. It has a large diameter one-piece lid and funnel, which clips into place positively and securely enabling the tank to be filled and emptied quickly. The Paterson 35 mm tank takes a single 35 mm film. The Paterson Universal tank takes two 35 mm films or a single 120/220 film. Supplied complete with one 35mm/120/220 Auto Load Reel, Watertight EVA cap prevents leakage during inversion agitation.
