The CleanAmp® 7-deaza-dGTP: - Contains CleanAmp® 7-deaza deoxyguanosine 5’ triphosphate in a 2 µmol or 10 µmol format - Is ideal for GC-rich PCR (~60% GC) due to promoting the template’s strand separation by lowering its melting temperature - Enables hot-start PCR for specificity and sensitivity, with a thermolabile protecting group at the 3’ hydroxyl of the nucleotides (CleanAmp® dNTP benefit) - Has been QC analysed by AX-HPLC, RP-HPLC, 31P NMR, mass spec, and a standardised PCR assay
