About this item

Mouse Rptn ELISA kit is a 90 minutes sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Rptn in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.

  • Higher throughput: Get results in just 90 minutes, with a single wash step
  • Detection range: 1,5 to 24 ng/ml
  • Sensitivity: 0,055 ng/ml
  • Sample type: Serum, plasma or other biological fluids
  • Assay precision: Intra-assay: CV <8%, Inter-assay: CV <10%

Mouse Rptn ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique for the quantitative measurement of mouse Rptn in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Rptn has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. The standards and test samples are added into the wells and the Rptn present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. Biotinylated Anti-Rptn antibody, which also binds the Rptn present in each sample, and Streptavidin-HRP, which binds the Biotinylated Anti-Rptn antibody, are added and the microtiter plate is incubated. Following incubation, unbound Biotinylated Anti-Rptn antibody and unbound Streptavidin-HRP are removed by washing, and two substrate solutions are added to the wells. Colour develops in proportion to the amount of Rptn captured in each well. The colour development is stopped by addition of stop solution which changes the colour from blue to yellow and the intensity of the colour is then measured. The concentration of Rptn in the samples can then be calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

Ordering information: This is a ready-to-use ELISA kit that contains: Pre-coated 96 well microplate, standard solution, standard diluent, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer (25X), substrate solution A, substrate solution B, stop solution, plate sealers, foil pouch, and protocol manual.
