Discovery® BIO Wide Pore HPLC columns are packed with C5 ligands bonded to 3, 5, or 10 µm spherical, high purity silica particles containing 300 Å pores.
The low-bleed character and excellent peak shape without TFA in the mobile phase makes these columns ideal for proteomics and other LC-MS applications and preparative purification.
