This polar embedded stable C18 column is useful when very high aqueous content mobile phases are required for retention of hydrophobic compounds.

This C18 has an amide group embedded which effectively acts to maintain a wetted particle surface for reproducible run to run results. It's also used for unique selectivity compared to ordinary C18 columns. These columns are fully end-capped for optimal performance.
