A Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of ACE2 in biological fluids.

  • Easy, convenient and time-saving method to measure the level of ACE2 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids
  • Detection Range: 0,391 to 25 ng/ml
  • Sensitivity: <0,234 ng/ml
  • Assay Precision: Intra-Assay: CV <8%; Inter-Assay: CV <10%
  • This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of ACE2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ACE2 and analogues was observed

Angiotensin-converting enzyme, or ACE, is a central component of the renin-angiotensin system (RAS), which controls blood pressure by regulating the volume of fluids in the body. It converts the hormone angiotensin I to the active vasoconstrictor angiotensin II. Therefore, ACE indirectly increases blood pressure by causing blood vessels to constrict.

BioVision's ACE2 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of ACE2 in Human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of ACE2 captured from the samples.
