Uses high-quality Pierce streptavidin magnetic beads and optimisd buffers that are compatible with downstream LC-MS sample preparation and analysis. After the immunoprecipitation procedure, the target-enriched elution fraction is directly compatible with in-solution tryptic digestion, eliminating the need for gel purification, detergent removal, or desalting. This kit has been rigorously validated using numerous target antigens with varying expression levels, including targets previously undetected without enrichment or by western blotting.
