AMPIGENE® HS Taq Mix uses the latest developments in polymerase technology and buffer chemistry to optimise and increase PCR sensitivity. The AMPIGENE® HS Taq Mix is a robust mix using hot-start technology to increase sensitivity for PCR applications including genotyping, multiplex PCR, screening, library construction, colony PCR and PCR direct from blood and urine. An optimized buffer system allows efficient amplification under fast and standard cycling conditions. The AMPIGENE® HS Taq Mix is resistant to PCR inhibitors and suitable for direct PCR from unprocessed samples: bacterial culture, bacterial colonies, blood, and urine.
