About this item
G-Protein beta3 (GNB3) is a guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein). G-proteins are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems (Ref: SWISSPROT).
The antibody reacts specifically with GNB3 protein of human, mouse, and rat. Because of homology it is expects to react with other mammalian species as well. The antibody detects a prominent band ~38 kDa in western blot with extracts from human adipose tissue.
