The BioSpectrometer kinetic combines the specifications of the basic model and a heating element.

• Peltier element for temperature control of the shaft
• Preprogrammed and freely programmable kinetic methods
• Subsequent modification of the time window for regression evaluation of the kinetic curve

The cuvette shaft can be tempered in a range of 20 to 42 °C, which enables to carry out enzyme and substrate kinetics.
