Stators are available in 316 stainless steel, PEEK and proprietary materials. Rheodyne® stator materials have been researched and selected for their physical and mechanical strengths. Stators only need replacing if the ports or sealing surfaces become damaged.
DuraLife® stators are stainless steel stators with the wear surface coated to prolong valve life.
DuraLife® II stators are titanium base metal with coated wear surfaces.
