Gas Tubes
Fritted glass gas tubes are used for introducing gases or liquids into a test tube or flask reaction. The instruments successfully scrub gas in a liquid to saturate or dry gas streams. Gas Tubes with porous glass disc bottom provide a large surface area where the gas and liquid stages meet. Slightly angled models permit precise positioning into flask and eliminate stirring paddle requirement. Tip porosity ranges, outer diameters, and lengths vary to fit desired container.
