Enzyme Assays
Either measuring substrate consumption or overall production, the enzyme assays are used to monitor enzymatic activity. Provided with the required supplies and reagents for any preferred method, enzyme kinetics and inhibition studies can be successfully completed. While continuous assay sampling methods give activity readings throughout development, discontinuous techniques calculate after the reaction has been stopped.
